What is the best way to contact you?

Because most of our staff are online, they are not readily available for phone calls. Therefore, it is best to contact us via email (“Contact Us”). We will be sure to respond within 24 hours to US customers and within 48 hours, due to the international time difference, to international customers.

Where is your service fee information?

We pride ourselves on individualized services. As part of every service enrollment, we provide personal consultation that benefits both you, the client, and us, the service provider. We expect our potential client to have identified the required service type before contacting us. Of course, we also assist those who may not have identified the needed service. Whether you know the kind of required service or not, we will analyze your need and offer the best option. At the time of the service offer, a customized service fee is presented to be accepted or declined.

What is your refund policy?

Our services fall into either education consulting or course instruction category.

For the education consulting service, a 100% refund is available before the execution date specified in the agreed contract.

For the course instruction service, two refunds are available:

  • By ¼ sessions of instruction term (usually 4 weeks), 75% refund
  • By ½ sessions of instruction term (usually 4 weeks), 50% refund

For example, a 4-week term with 8 instruction sessions (2 instruction sessions per week) will be refunded as follows:

  • After 2 instruction sessions, 75% refund
  • After 4 instruction sessions, 50% refund
  • After 5 or more sessions, 0% refund
