For fall semester enrollment, an education consulting contract activates on August 1^st. If the activation occurs later, additional urgent processing fees of 10% starting September 1^st, 20% starting October 1^st, and 30% starting November 1^st are charged. Any contract activation beyond November 1^st is possible only on available resource basis with a 30% or more urgent processing fee. Historically, our education consulting services become unavailable by mid-March.
